The Mark Validation System (MVS) Dispute Resolution Policy allows Mark Holders and third parties to challenge the outcome of the MVS validation process.
This Policy does not affect any claim that the Mark Holder or any third party might have under the Sunrise Dispute Resolution Policy.
Disputes lodged by Mark Holders in respect to incorrect Validation or Rejection of a mark by the MVS must use the Dispute Request Form for Mark Agents and Mark Holders below.
Disputes lodged by Third Parties wanting to dispute the Validation of a mark by the MVS must use the Dispute Request Form for Third Parties below.
Please note that there are associated payable fees for each dispute. Successful disputes will not be charged. All applicable fees are outlined in the MVS Dispute Resolution Policy, Section 6.
