How To Register
To become an Account Holder and submit your client's marks for validation, simply follow the Registration Process process below.
You may start the Registration Process by accessing our.
If you are the valid holder of a Registered Mark and not working through an agent, the same process will apply, except you might have to duplicate your information as a Mark Holder once you have created your account.
Begin by providing your information as an MVS Account Holder.
You will also assign a Primary Contact to the account. The Primary Contact acts as the "go to" person that will be contacted by the MVS administrator regarding any queries.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address of the Primary Account. The email will include a link to verify the creation of the account as well as provide a temporary password which must be changed upon account verification. Simply click that link to verify your account.
Once verified, make your way back to the MVS website, log in and begin uploading marks for validation.
The primary contact can create additional users with their own credentials. The purpose of additional users is to distribute the workload of uploading and managing marks. If you are an organisation with a lot of marks to manage, we recommend creating additional users for the purpose of uploading and managing marks. This is an optional step for most Account Holders.
Registration Fees : There are no fees applicable for the registration.
